SMS Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to text messages from Legacy Construction & Roofing LLC. Agreeing to marketing texts is optional and is never a condition of requesting an estimate or hiring us.
What we send
- Service messages about a project or request you started: scheduling, arrival windows, questions from the crew, and follow-up. These may be sent to the number you gave us so we can do the work you asked for.
- Marketing messages about promotions, seasonal maintenance reminders and company news. These are sent only if you checked the optional consent box or told us to add you.
Message frequency and cost
Message frequency varies and depends on your project and whether you opted in to marketing. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. We don't charge for the messages themselves.
Opting out
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You'll get one confirmation message, then no further messages. Reply HELP for help, or call us at (623) 267-5839. You can also email contact@azlegacyconstruction.com to be removed.
Opting out of marketing texts doesn't stop us from calling or emailing you about work already in progress.
Carriers and delivery
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and device, and we can't guarantee that every message arrives.
Your information
We don't sell your phone number. We use it to contact you about your project and, with your consent, to send marketing messages. See our Privacy Policy for details.
